Rays’s Service to ITE and the Transportation Professional Certification Board:
Ray has been dedicated to being actively involved with ITE for 40 years and has served at all levels of ITE Leadership (21 years at elected or appointed positions).He has also served on the Transportation Professional Certification Board for the last 6 years where he championed the Board to become self-sufficient financially from ITE.
